WINTERFEST 2026

Winterfest is our annual high-school and college event for youth, young adults, and their advisors. Scheduled for January 2-4, 2026, at the Wyndham Resort in Lancaster, this event brings young people together for a weekend of fun, faith formation, and authentic community.  Based on a theme, this year ‘Better Together’, participants gather with peers and small group leaders for conversation around a common curriculum, and this year they also have the option to participate in a food packing event on Saturday, to assist those living with the realities of food insecurity.

Shared meals, inspiring worship, and community life activities all help grow and deepen community and give youth a chance to build relationships with fellow Lutherans from across our synod, whom they often get to see at camp and other youth events throughout the year. In 2026, we will continue to discount the price for young adults to $200.00 for the weekend, a $40.00 savings per person, being offset by a generous grant to our synod. Please consider promoting this event to young people who are in that 18-24 age-range, who may be looking for a way to connect with Lutheran friends both old and new!

There are two types of tickets found below for registering adult advisors, youth, and young adult participants. You can opt to pay in full at the time you register your group, or opt to pay the deposit only. You may also choose whether to pay digitally at the time you register (have a credit card or PayPal information available), or opt to have an ‘Invoice’ sent to you that can submit to your treasurer, and have a check mailed to our office. Those paying the deposit at the time of registration may pay the balance due by check at the event, especially if this helps spread out the payments over two fiscal-year budgets.

PLEASE NOTE: Adults traveling with their congregational groups should register as ‘Adult Advisors.‘ The ‘Staff and LT Staff’ is the category reserved for those who have been recruited to assist with  event leadership.
