The Lower Susquehanna Synod Resource Network, including the Resource Cafe and Office for Children, Youth & Family, partner as an intentional Center for Faith Formation.  Strengthening and networking leaders for faith formative discipleship is our mission.

Serving as an intentional Center for Faith Formation through workshops, resource café gatherings, exciting signature events featuring faith formation practitioners, and a variety of online resources, the Lower Susquehanna Synod equips congregational leaders to adapt and retool Christian faith formation for service in the world.

Announcing the Reimagining Faith Formation Project

The Lower Susquehanna Synod’s Center for Faith Formation, in partnership with John Roberto, offers a Reimagining Faith Formation initiative guiding churches to:

  • create a faith formation network for age groups and families in the church community
  • build a website for faith formation
  • learn how to use the new digital media and resources in faith formation
  • develop skills for curating religious content and experiences for all ages and generations

Click Here for the Reimagining Faith Formation Project website for participating congregations.  Please note the commitment deadline has passed.  However, check back regularly for excellent resources and ideas available to all through the Reimagining Faith Formation project website.

For questions, please contact Deacon Marsha Roscoe at 717-652-1852, Ext. 103 or via email at mroscoe@lss-elca.org.
