Congregational Renewal Entrees

Renewal pays hopeful attention to our relationships with God, each other and our community and faithfully participates in what God is up to in the world.  We are inviting the Lower Susquehanna Synod into deeper spiritual and congregational renewal.

R3 Congregational Renewal

Engaging up to 25 congregations with the energy, ideas and tools they need to renew their mission to God’s people.  Renewal teams are supported through synod staff, trained coaches and mentors, and our consultant, the Rev. Dr. Dave Daubert of Day 8 Strategies.

R3 Spiritual Renewal Certificate Program

For those who see a need for deeper faith formation in their communities, our synod is partnering with Vibrant Faith University to help congregational leaders – whether full-time, part-time, or volunteer – to embrace a 21st century approach to spiritual renewal. The two-year certificate program equips participants with the knowledge, skills, resources, and support structure to bring to life R3 in congregations.
