Synod Conferences
The Lower Susquehanna Synod is geographically divided into 14 conferences that cover a nine-county area in central Pennsylvania. Those nine counties include Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York. The conferences are made up of 239 Evangelical Lutheran Church in America congregations with a baptized membership of 122,000.
